About · The Author
A storyteller who mostly writes science fiction.
Rohan O’Duill is an author with a storyteller’s heart and a soft spot for the far future — corporate dystopias, deep-space war, and the people the system would rather forget.

The Long
Way Round
Descended from the oral storytellers of both the ancient Celts and the Vikings… probably. It’s as good an explanation as any for why he never could stop making things up.
A school system built for academics, not for the chaotic brilliance of a dyslexic mind, once tried to stymie that. It didn’t take. Today he writes as an open invitation — to share the story, and above all, to have some fun.
“Above all, have some fun.”
His Cold Rush novellas trade in corporate dystopias, deep-space war, and the people the system chews up: a nonbinary special agent sent to a Mars run on exploitation, a veteran marine who only ever looked out for herself, a fifteen-year-old holding on aboard a dying pirate ship. Bone-crunching action, unexpected twists, and characters who refuse to stay simple.
Every book is set in a dyslexic-friendly typeface, and every word, edit and illustration is made by human hands — no shortcuts, just a small team of people who love the work.
